In Matthew seems to be more  easy to understand than Genesis because I found it easier to understand the content of the story and I can connect with the story. In Mathew I believed most of the text is about Jesus era like how , where jesus was born. I found really  interesting because I am not from cristian background but however I little bit understood how christianity spread through jesus, The birth of jesus little surprised me because I found that he was born from virgin mother named mary. (Matthew verse 18 ) however I found that during jesus era,  the society is discipline because I found that when Mary became pregnant without intercourse with her husband joseph he chose not talk in public as he kept secret.St matthew verse 19 .”Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a public example, was minded to put her away privily.” By reading this I realised that during that era society view is consider important because if  society knew that marry is virgin people may view  her from negative sights due to this reason I believe her husband chose to kept secret. I believe during that time society knows what is good vs evil. I also  believe that dream are symbolize as path to better destination because when jesus is in mary womb, in the joseph dream angel came and said jesus is  holy ghost and he will save people life in verse 21.  I also found that when child is born the people must baptized there new born child. So, overall I believe dream is represent as messages from god guiding the right path and society norm are must follow by the society people.

While reading bible At first It was kind  of interesting to know how the universe was formed and created. In the beginning of genesis god introduce Adam and eve .After them the story shift to there kids and there grandson. To be honest to understand bible was not easy for me. I have to read a lot. Now after noah God introduce a new character Abram  in bible. he describe Abram  as old man and I realized he has a wife Sarai. In the beginning of Abraham  story I believed god already saw honesty in Abram  eye. Abram was in Haran at age 75 when he got the call from God to leave his home and family behind and follow God into a strange land that He would give him.while reading I realized how he has royalty and worshipped towards God, He believed what ever the God Said. I also Found that he and his wife have to leave there land  to cannon. I think he has a very beautiful wife that why he have to lie to people that Sarai was his sister. However I was little shocked to see Sarai negative sight when she realized her maid had given birth to her son Ishmael. She often jealous of her maid. In the end  God also changed the names of Abram and Sarai. He changed Abram to Abraham and Sarai to Sarah. With these name changes would come changes to Abraham and Sarah’s life. Over I believe Abram character symbolize as faith. that teach us that you should lose your faith.

Passang Lhamo

In the Genesis  four it describes about Adam’s family. At first it confuse me what narrator is trying to say but after reading many times I found different character like Eve his wife, Cain, Abel and Seth which I believe they are Adams and Eve children. I was surprised when I found out that Abel was shepherd and Cain worked as farmer I mean if they are children from Adam, God first creation it is impossible to imagine they are working like this somehow I was very shocked to see the evil side of Cain  In verse eight ” Now Cain talked with Abel his brother; and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother and killed him”. I found that  Cain was jealous because God didn’t accept his offer I believe narrator motif was to show the evil nature of human which is jealousy and anger. In Genesis 6 it  is related with Cain, Due to human are selfish and created violence God also became furious and  he destroy his creation. Genesis Verse 6-7″ And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.” however I wonder what  he saw in Noah.  I believe Noah also symbolise as good side of human nature. I also found that  Tower of Babel  in genesis eight represents the pride of mankind wanting to reach the heavens and be their own gods. It also represents the error of people which is there sin because of that  sin, God divided them by making them speak different languages.

When I first heard king james bible I thought it would be a story about king james  but  while emerging  in the text I realised that king james of england creates simpler version of Bible. While reading king James  Bible,  I think the narrator did not twist reader brain like RigVeda it was  much easier to read. In Genesis 1 it directly convince reader that God had created universe with the reason. In GENESIS 1 (verse 2) . “And the earth was without form and void “ after reading  that verse I realised there is no life on earth and it was dark  before god exist , because of  that I believe  God started to create  lights . After creating lights he made day and night. Eventually he started to to create water, land and  grass. I believe he wanted some resourceful universe in order to exist something.  In GENESIS  2 narrator goes into depth explaining how God  creates human being.  I believe most of tone in this text was logic convincing  to readers  what happen after this and that. I believe God created nature  for  human being  as a resourceful sources for them, in  GENESIS  2 (verse 27) “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them” In my opinion I believe god himself is one who created man from him may be there is goddess which they produce women.  Overall I found that god is selfless and generous who gave so much important to human kind. (verse 27-28)   “And God bless them, and God said unto them, be fruitful and multiply, and ……….. replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth”. This  made me realized that  god had sacrifice everything to human for there benefit and he saw something something different from other creature.
